How do I track my package?

To track your package, click on THIS PAGE, you will only need to indicate your e-mail address and your postcode, or your package number, if you have already received it by e-mail.

Country of delivery

Klow ships to Metropolitan France and to the following list of countries: Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Hungary and the United States.

Delivery times and rates

Different options will be proposed to you during the process of your order.

Delivery is free for orders over 150€.


FRANCE & BELGIUM

  • Free delivery for all orders over 150€.
  • Standard Delivery 6€ - 3 to 5 Working Days

EUROPE & UK

  • Standard Delivery 15€ - 3 to 6 Working Days
  • This rate is for the following list of countries: Switzerland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, United States
  • Free delivery for any order over 100€.

Environmental impact

We are looking for the best solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of our company, but also for you as a customer.

For this reason, we select transport companies that are committed to limiting their environmental footprint. It's also why at Klow we have decided not to offer express delivery. 

Our transport partners are committed to reducing their carbon emissions by participating in carbon neutrality programs.
In France, Colissimo is carbon neutral, thanks to reforestation actions for example.

For the option we offer you the companies UPS (optional), FedEx, DHL, DPD & Chronopost, which are also carbon neutral.

Marketplace shipping 

Some items are shipped directly by our partner brands, shipping also respects our principles and values. 

Each product sheet has a box "Shipped by", which will allow you to know, who is in charge of the shipment. Us or the brand. Our products are only shipped by us or our partner brands. In both cases, Klow remains your contact, if you have any questions, exchange or refund requests, please contact us. 

As a customer, please note that you are in charge of the information you give us for each order, such as the delivery address, your personal details. 

Please be sure to include all important information, such as door codes, intercom systems or any other information that will allow us to deliver your package to you in a timely manner. 

Klow and its partner brands cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility of delivery of a parcel, if ever a customer information is incomplete or missing. 
 
If ever you realize that some information is missing, we ask you to contact the carrier in charge of your package as soon as possible, so that he can deliver you on time. If you ever need help with this procedure, you can contact our customer service at customercare@klow.co. 

Delivery Problem / Package Returned  

Rest assured that our team is here to help you and we will do what is necessary to ensure that your parcels are delivered in the best conditions.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an address problem or if you have not picked it up at a relay point, we ask you to ensure that you provide the appropriate information to the transport company / our customer service department to facilitate the reshipment of your package.

    If we do not receive any communication from you within 7 days and the package is returned to the warehouse, our team will proceed to refund your order (see our Terms and Conditions).
