We offer delivery within 3 to 7 working days in France and 4 to 7 days for other European countries. You will receive notifications throughout the preparation and delivery of your order. In addition, you can track your order on our dedicated page: Track my order.
Some clothes and accessories come directly from our partner brands. This information is indicated on each product sheet, in the "sent by" section. Don't worry, all our parcels are tracked with a tracking link and you will be able to follow your order with ease. Any doubt? Our customer service is available on the chat and by e-mail from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
💡 You have 14 days to return your products from the date of their reception.
To make a return, it is very simple, you will just have to fill in our form via this link: I wish to return my article. You can then select the clothes & accessories you wish to return and make your choice: exchange, refund or credit in Klow card.
✅ For France, our team will provide you with a pre-paid postage label within 48 hours (72 hours on weekends). For the other European countries, we will indicate you the postage address where to send back your items. You will be able to deposit your parcel at the Post Office in all simplicity.
💌 EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS: If you wish to exchange or refund your order, return AND reshipment fees are 100% free, regardless of your shipping country. Our team will explain the procedure and guide you step by step.
💵 REFUND: France & Belgium: In case of refund request, you will be refunded 100% of your order, including shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs will be at your charge and deducted from your refund (6€ from France & Belgium). Other countries: shipping and return fees are at your charge.
✅ For a return/exchange to be eligible:
Your items must be new, they must be returned unworn, washed, in their original condition and with all tags and in their original packaging.
⚠️ Non-exchangeable / non-refundable items:
* Gift card,socks,cosmetic products,pre-order item (product on request),OMYBAG brand items, Matière biologique Basics items, Brava Fabrics boxer shorts, if the sealed packaging is opened.

Packages are shipped directly to the delivery address you have given us, using the following carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx.
